We currently supply you with products which contain substances that may fall under the scope of the REACH Regulations. (Regulation 1907/2006 EC of 18th Dec 2006)
These regulations came into force in June 2007 and place additional requirements on the producers/importers of chemicals, to allow the continued sale of these chemicals within the EU. These substances must be pre-registered.
Sprint Engineering & Lubricants Ltd are a Downstream User (DU) and therefore are not directly involved in the pre-registration process. We are however actively seeking confirmation from our upstream producers and suppliers that pre-registration will take place for each of their respective products.
This note also serves to establish a communication link between supplier and customer, and identify the personnel directly involved within our respective organisations.
